A little about me...
I am an American transplant to Switzerland, enjoying all this beautiful country has to offer. I am passionate about helping people discover and deeply connect with the wealth of resources, love, and wisdom inside of them.
I am an author, certified Medical Support Hypnotherapist and Mindset Coach with a strong foundation in psychology, personal development, hypnotherapy, and transformational coaching. I've had the privilege of working with clients from all walks of life, and I deeply value the richness that comes from a socially and culturally diverse community. I also walk the talk - I continue to grow with the support of my own coaches and mentors, who challenge and inspire me to keep evolving, both personally and professionally.
